Shin Ji Hyun: Even if I want to say something, I can't say it. Even if I have seen you, I can't even acknowledge it.
Han Kang: Even if you don't tell me, I know. I understand and I can feel it. You don't have to say it.

I like the Han Kang character (played by Jo Hyun Jae). He’s my fav character in ‘49 Days’ drama. He’s cold, quiet & hot headed but he has a good heart. the most adorable fictional guys ever!

I admire Han Kang for his love for Ji Hyun. He loved her silently for 10 years, and just when he had the guts to come back to Korea and try to get her, he discovers that she’s already engaged to his close friend. He knew about her, from her likes/dislikes, to her facial expressions, nervous tics, magic tricks, and the song she once played on the piano a decade ago in their school’s music hall. I love the way he pays attention to her, he notices even the smallest details - the way she says his name, how she hates basil leaves and likes garlic on her pasta.. - he knows her so well that when Ji Hyun possessed another woman’s body, He gave her comfort whenever she needed it. He gave her the first tenrdrop of love. He helped her save her family. He protected her and did everything to make sure she got her second chance at life. he figured it out faster than Ji Hyun’s fiancée. He finally had his moments with her, he finally had the chance to make her feel his love but she was in another woman’s body, and her time was limited. He tried so hard to help her live that he was even willing to give up seeing her just so she can live - but in the end, no matter how much he tried, he still didn’t get his happy ending. It broke my heart to see someone so good, so loving and so sincere losing the one that they love. It’s so unfair, but that’s how life is and no matter how much we try, we can’t fight it, we just have to try and live with it.

i feel bad for the guy,i wish he had a happy ending :____( I wish they had gotten married though before she died. He deserved that happiness. He helped her in more ways than she could ever imagine.

Now, WHERE TO LOOK FOR SOMEONE LIKE HAN KANG? Y NO GUY LYK U EXIST IN REAL LYF

I think i’m falling for this guy.

… live well, When times are hard, just like now recall those days that you treasure most. Gather your courage and live.

That awkward moment when you finish a good korean drama and you dont know what to do with yourself…

amibellasama:

49 Days (49일)

So….. I finally finished watching 49 Days/Pure Love and it was like a roller coaster rides of emotions while watching it. Feelings like thrill, pity, excitement, annoy, and pure love are mixing in my chest. the ending is so——AAAAH I’m totally speechless. :______( SO HEARTBREAKINGLY PERFECT! huhuhu. That’s how depressing the ending was for me. Depressing, but profound that no matter how much sad it was, it also, in a way, made me feel good. It was not a fairy tale ending where the knight in shining armor gets the princess. The drama’s genre is fantasy but its ending was real. It forces me to accept the fact that life’s not always fair, that you don’t always get what you want.

This drama made me cry buckets of tears. Funny how I cry like a baby to its last five episodes plus the ending, how come.. but don’t worry it’s a happy ending though. This drama was so beautiful, so bitter sweet, so emotional and so meaningful. It just gave me so many lessons.. Another Korean series that entered my list. Recommended drama, indeed!
